• Role Profiling & Market Analysis: Comprehensive analysis of the Human Resources Manager role requirements, benchmarking of compensation packages against current Australia Sydney market rates, and preparation of a detailed job description aligned with the Fair Work Act 2009 and the relevant Modern Award (General Management Award 2020).
• Executive Search & Sourcing: Active and passive candidate sourcing across Australia Sydney and the broader New South Wales region, including utilisation of proprietary databases, professional networks, LinkedIn Recruiter, and targeted outreach to HR professionals with a minimum of eight (8) years of progressive experience in people management.
• Assessment & Selection: Conducting structured behavioural interviews, psychometric testing (SHL or equivalent), reference verification, and competency-based evaluation to ensure the shortlisted Human Resources Manager candidates meet the client's strategic and operational requirements.
• Offer Management & Negotiation: Facilitating salary and benefits negotiations, preparing offer documentation compliant with Australian employment law, and managing the acceptance process.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all fees are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Australia Sydney.
2. The placement guarantee period is ninety (90) days from the Human Resources Manager's commencement date. Should the placed candidate resign or be terminated for cause within this period, Meridian Talent Solutions shall, at its sole discretion, either re-run the search at no additional cost or issue a pro-rata refund of the placement fee.
3. All candidate data shall be handled in strict compliance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. No candidate information shall be shared with third parties without written consent.
4. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a contract of employment between the client and the placed Human Resources Manager. The employment relationship is solely between the client and the candidate.
5. Meridian Talent Solutions Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the services described in this Quotation Estimate. Total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid under this engagement.
6. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia, and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia Sydney.
7. All intellectual property, including but not limited to assessment tools, candidate databases, and proprietary methodologies, remains the exclusive property of Meridian Talent Solutions Pty Ltd.
