Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows: a 30% advance payment upon contract signing, followed by monthly installments due on the 5th business day of each month via bank transfer (TED/PIX) to the account of Brasília Talent Solutions Ltda. The executive search fee (Item 01) is payable in two equal installments: 50% upon candidate shortlisting and 50% upon successful placement of the Human Resources Manager in Brasília.
Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Brasília.
Contract Duration: The engagement for the Human Resources Manager is for an initial period of 12 (twelve) months, renewable by mutual written agreement.
Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. In the event of early termination, pro-rated fees for services rendered will be due.
