3.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all figures subject to revision based on current Canada Vancouver labor market conditions and applicable statutory rate changes.
3.2 All amounts stated in this Quotation Estimate are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are exclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the federal rate of 5% and Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) or Provincial Sales Tax (PST) at 7% as applicable in British Columbia, Canada Vancouver.
3.3 The Human Resources Manager engagement is governed by the Employment Standards Act of British Columbia, the Canada Labour Code (where applicable), and all relevant municipal bylaws of the City of Vancouver. The Human Resources Manager shall be entitled to a minimum of two (2) weeks' paid vacation in accordance with BC provincial standards.
3.4 Payment terms: Net 30 days from invoice date. Invoices will be issued monthly for recurring items and upon completion for one-time professional services. Late payments shall accrue interest at 1.5% per month as permitted under the British Columbia Interest Act.
3.5 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding employment contract. A formal employment agreement for the Human Resources Manager position will be executed separately upon mutual acceptance of this estimate and completion of all background checks, reference verifications, and immigration status confirmations (if applicable) as required for work authorization in Canada Vancouver.
3.6 Northwest HR Solutions Inc. reserves the right to adjust the Human Resources Manager compensation package by up to 5% should the Vancouver HR labor market experience significant shifts in demand or supply during the validity period of this Quotation Estimate.
3.7 All personal information collected in connection with this Quotation Estimate and the subsequent Human Resources Manager engagement shall be handled in full compliance with the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) of British Columbia and the federal Privacy Act of Canada.
