The Human Resources Manager will report directly to the General Manager or Chief Operating Officer of the client's Santiago office and will oversee a team of no fewer than 150 employees across all departments. The role requires a minimum of eight (8) years of progressive experience in human resources management within the Chilean corporate environment, fluency in both Spanish and English, and a solid understanding of the regulatory framework governing employment in Chile Santiago, including collective bargaining agreements, social security contributions (AFP, FONASA/ISAPRE), and the obligations set forth by the Ministry of Labor (Ministerio del Trabajo y Previsión Social).

• Advance Payment: 30% of the total Quotation Estimate amount (CLP 12,666,360 including IVA) due upon signature of the service agreement, payable within ten (10) business days via bank transfer to Talento Corporativo SpA's account at Banco de Chile, Santiago branch.
• Monthly Installments: The remaining 70% shall be paid in twelve (12) equal monthly installments of CLP 2,955,487 (including IVA), due on the first business day of each month, commencing one month after the Human Resources Manager's official start date in Santiago, Chile.
• Recruitment Fee: The executive search fee (Item 1) is due in full within fifteen (15) business days following the successful completion of the candidate selection process and the Human Resources Manager's acceptance of the position.
• Late Payment: Overdue amounts shall accrue interest at the rate established by the Banco Central de Chile for overdue commercial credits, as per Chilean commercial law.
• Payment Method: All payments shall be made in Chilean Pesos (CLP) via electronic bank transfer (transferencia electrónica) to the account details provided in the formal service contract.

• All data, reports, and strategic documents produced by the Human Resources Manager during the engagement period shall remain the exclusive property of the client. Confidentiality obligations shall survive the termination of this Quotation Estimate and the subsequent service agreement for a period of two (2) years.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal service agreement must be executed by both parties before any services commence. The terms of this Quotation Estimate shall be incorporated into the definitive contract unless otherwise negotiated in writing.
• Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service agreement shall be resolved through the competent labor and commercial courts of Santiago, Chile, in accordance with Chilean law.
• This Quotation Estimate is prepared specifically for the client identified in Section 1 and may not be transferred, assigned, or used for any other purpose without the prior written consent of Talento Corporativo SpA.
