• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on current labor market conditions in Colombia, Medellín.
• The Human Resources Manager will be hired under a fixed-term contract of twelve (12) months, renewable by mutual written agreement. All employment terms shall comply with the Colombian Labor Code (Ley 50 de 1990 and Decreto 1072 de 2015).
• TalentBridge Consulting S.A.S. shall not be liable for any labor disputes arising after the Human Resources Manager's first day of employment, except in cases of gross negligence in the recruitment process.
• The client agrees to provide a suitable workspace, necessary tools, and organizational support for the Human Resources Manager to perform duties effectively within the Medellín office premises.
• All personal data processed during this engagement shall comply with Colombia's Data Protection Law (Ley 1581 de 2012) and the regulations issued by the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio.
• Any modifications to the scope of services outlined in this Quotation Estimate must be agreed upon in writing by both parties before implementation.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding employment contract between the client and the Human Resources Manager. It represents a service agreement between the client and TalentBridge Consulting S.A.S.
• Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in the city of Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia, in accordance with the applicable Colombian procedural law.
