Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be made in three instalments: 40% upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and commencement of the search for the Human Resources Manager; 40% upon successful candidate selection and contract signing; and 20% upon completion of the 90-day post-placement review. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Lyon Executive Talent Partners, BIC: LYONFRPP, IBAN: FR76 3000 4000 0000 0000 0000 000. Invoices will be issued in accordance with French fiscal regulations applicable in France Lyon.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be subject to revision based on market conditions in France Lyon.
- The Human Resources Manager placement is guaranteed for a period of six (6) months. Should the candidate resign or be terminated for cause within this period, a replacement search will be conducted at no additional cost.
- All services are governed by French law, and any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Lyon (Tribunal de Commerce de Lyon).
