Scope of Services – Human Resources Manager Placement
This Quotation Estimate is issued by AlpenHR Consulting GmbH in response to the formal request from Bavaria Industrial Solutions AG for the recruitment and placement of a qualified Human Resources Manager to be based in Germany Munich. The scope of services encompasses the following activities:
- Comprehensive market research and talent mapping for senior HR leadership roles within the Munich metropolitan area and the broader Bavaria region.
- Development and publication of a tailored job specification aligned with the client's organisational structure, corporate culture, and strategic HR objectives.
- Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting of a minimum of twelve (12) qualified Human Resources Manager candidates with proven experience in German labour law (Arbeitsrecht), collective bargaining agreements (Tarifverträge), and works council (Betriebsrat) collaboration.
- Conducting structured competency-based interviews, psychometric assessments, and reference verification for all shortlisted candidates.
- Facilitating final interviews between the client's executive team and the top three (3) candidates at the Munich headquarters.
- Providing salary benchmarking data specific to the Germany Munich market for senior HR management positions, including statutory benefits, pension contributions, and supplementary compensation packages.
- Assistance with contract negotiation, onboarding planning, and a 90-day post-placement integration support period.

Terms and Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision without prior notice.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this quotation, 40% upon successful placement of the Human Resources Manager candidate, and 20% upon completion of the 90-day integration support period. All payments are due within fourteen (14) days of invoice date.
- All services shall be performed in accordance with applicable German employment law, including but not limited to the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG), the Works Constitution Act (BetrVG), and data protection regulations under the GDPR (DSGVO).
- The placement guarantee period is ninety (90) days from the candidate's start date. Should the Human Resources Manager resign or be terminated for cause within this period, AlpenHR Consulting shall, at its sole discretion, either re-initiate the recruitment process at no additional cost or issue a pro-rata refund.
- All candidate data processed during this engagement shall be handled in strict compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). Data shall be stored exclusively on servers located within the European Union, specifically in Germany Munich.
- This quotation does not constitute a binding employment contract between the client and the placed candidate. The final employment terms, including salary, benefits, and working conditions, shall be governed by a separate employment agreement in accordance with German labour law.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Munich, Germany. The applicable law shall be the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information exchanged during the course of this engagement, including but not limited to candidate identities, salary structures, and organisational details of the client.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government mandates, or civil unrest affecting the Germany Munich region.
