The services outlined in this Quotation Estimate encompass the full lifecycle of sourcing, vetting, and placing a senior Human Resources Manager who will be responsible for overseeing all people-management functions at the client's Ghana Accra headquarters. The scope includes but is not limited to the following deliverables:

• Market Research & Job Specification Development: Conducting a thorough analysis of the Human Resources Manager role within the Ghana Accra corporate landscape, benchmarking compensation against industry standards, and drafting a detailed job description aligned with the client's strategic objectives.
• Active Sourcing & Candidate Screening: Utilising our proprietary database of over 12,000 verified professionals in Ghana Accra and across West Africa to identify, contact, and shortlist a minimum of fifteen (15) qualified Human Resources Manager candidates with a minimum of eight (8) years of progressive experience in people management.
• Assessment & Interview Coordination: Administering psychometric assessments, conducting structured competency-based interviews, and facilitating panel interviews with the client's leadership team. As outlined in this Quotation Estimate, payment shall be made in the following instalments to Professional Staffing & Recruitment Services Ltd., Accra, Ghana:

• 50% (GHS 33,925.00) – Due upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and commencement of the Human Resources Manager search process.
• 30% (GHS 20,355.00) – Due upon successful completion of the interview and selection phase, prior to the issuance of the formal offer letter to the chosen Human Resources Manager candidate.
• 20% (GHS 13,570.00) – Due upon the successful onboarding of the Human Resources Manager and completion of the first 30-day integration period in Ghana Accra.

All payments shall be made via bank transfer to our designated account at Ecobank Ghana, Accra Branch. Invoices will be issued in Ghana Cedi (GHS) and are payable within fourteen (14) calendar days of the invoice date.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Any request for services beyond this period will require a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates in Ghana Accra.
• The recruitment of the Human Resources Manager is subject to the client's final approval of the selected candidate. If the client declines all presented candidates, no further fees shall be incurred beyond the sourcing and screening phases.
• All services will be delivered in strict compliance with the Labour Act, 2003 (Act 651), the National Pensions Act, 2008 (Act 766), and all other applicable employment legislation in the Republic of Ghana.
• Confidentiality: All candidate data and client information handled during this engagement shall be treated in the strictest confidence, in accordance with the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) of Ghana.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties. The engagement of the Human Resources Manager is governed by a separate employment contract between the client and the appointed individual.
• Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Ghana Accra, and failing that, through the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Republic of Ghana.
