- Conducting a detailed role profiling and competency mapping exercise specific to the Human Resources Manager position within the client's organizational structure in Kenya Nairobi.
- Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting a minimum of ten (10) qualified candidates with a minimum of eight (8) years of progressive HR management experience in the Kenyan market.
- Administering structured psychometric assessments, technical HR interviews, and leadership competency evaluations tailored to the Human Resources Manager role.
- Conducting comprehensive background checks, reference verification, and employment history validation in compliance with the Data Protection Act, 2019 of Kenya.
- Negotiating compensation packages, benefits, and contractual terms in line with the National Salaries and Wages Commission guidelines applicable in Kenya Nairobi.
- Facilitating a structured ninety (90) day onboarding and integration programme for the appointed Human Resources Manager.

The client shall settle the total amount stipulated in this Quotation Estimate as follows:
- 40% Advance Payment (KES 589,200) – Due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the Service Agreement.
- 40% Milestone Payment (KES 589,200) – Due upon successful shortlisting and client interview of the final three (3) candidates for the Human Resources Manager role.
- 20% Final Payment (KES 294,600) – Due upon completion of the 90-day onboarding period and satisfactory integration of the Human Resources Manager into the Kenya Nairobi office.
All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Kenya Talent Solutions Ltd. at Equity Bank, Nairobi Branch, Account No. 0012345678901. Invoices shall be issued in accordance with the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) eTIMS compliance requirements.
5.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, Kenya Talent Solutions Ltd. reserves the right to revise the pricing structure to reflect any changes in the Kenya Nairobi labour market or regulatory environment.
5.2 The placement of the Human Resources Manager is subject to the client's final approval of the selected candidate. In the event the client declines the recommended candidate, a re-sourcing fee of 25% of the total Quotation Estimate shall apply for a second round of recruitment.
5.3 Kenya Talent Solutions Ltd. guarantees a replacement period of ninety (90) days. Should the appointed Human Resources Manager resign or be terminated for cause within this period, a replacement candidate shall be provided at no additional cost to the client.
5.4 All services shall be performed in strict compliance with the Employment Act, 2007, the Labour Relations Act, 2007, and the Data Protection Act, 2019 of the Republic of Kenya.
5.5 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Agreement. All disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Nairobi, Kenya, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1995.
5.6 Kenya Talent Solutions Ltd. shall maintain full confidentiality regarding the client's organizational structure, compensation data, and strategic HR plans throughout the duration of the engagement in Kenya Nairobi.
