• Sourcing and identification of a minimum of fifteen (15) qualified candidates with a minimum of ten (10) years of progressive HR experience in the Gulf region, with a preference for candidates currently residing in or willing to relocate to Kuwait Kuwait City.
• Conducting structured behavioural interviews, psychometric assessments, and technical competency evaluations for shortlisted Human Resources Manager candidates.
• Comprehensive background verification, reference checks, and validation of academic credentials and professional certifications (SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent).

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision without prior notice.
2. The Human Resources Manager placement is guaranteed for a period of one hundred and eighty (180) days from the date of commencement. Should the candidate resign or be terminated for cause within this period, a replacement Human Resources Manager shall be sourced at no additional cost to the client.
3. All services shall be performed in strict compliance with the labour laws of the State of Kuwait, the regulations of the Public Authority for Manpower (PAM), and the applicable provisions of Kuwaiti commercial law.
4. The client agrees to provide all necessary corporate documentation, board resolutions, and authorisations required for visa and work permit processing within five (5) business days of the candidate's selection.
5. Confidentiality: All information exchanged in connection with this Quotation Estimate and the subsequent recruitment process shall be treated as strictly confidential by both parties.
6. Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Kuwait Kuwait City in accordance with the Kuwaiti Arbitration Law, and the governing law shall be the laws of the State of Kuwait.
7. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Agreement in writing.
