The following services are included in this Quotation Estimate for the recruitment of a Human Resources Manager based in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur:

a) Role Profiling & Market Analysis: Development of a detailed job specification for the Human Resources Manager position, including competency mapping, salary benchmarking against the Kuala Lumpur professional services market, and identification of key performance indicators aligned with Malaysian Employment Act 1955 requirements.

b) Sourcing & Advertising: Multi-channel candidate sourcing across Malaysia Kuala Lumpur, including placement on leading Malaysian job portals (JobStreet, LinkedIn, Hiredly), direct outreach to HR professionals in the Klang Valley, and engagement with professional bodies such as the Malaysian Human Resource Institute (MAHRPI).

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Should the client wish to proceed beyond the validity period, a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur will be issued. Acceptance of this Quotation Estimate is confirmed by signing below and returning a copy to Meridian Talent Solutions Sdn. Bhd.
