Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows: 30% (EUR 6,497.70) upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and commencement of the Human Resources Manager search; 50% (EUR 10,829.50) upon successful candidate shortlisting and presentation to the client; and the remaining 20% (EUR 4,331.80) upon confirmed acceptance of the offer by the selected Human Resources Manager candidate. All payments are due within 14 calendar days of invoice date and shall be transferred to the bank account specified on the invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the statutory Dutch rate.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After this period, all fees and terms are subject to revision.
- The recruitment process for the Human Resources Manager position in Netherlands Amsterdam is estimated to take between 8 and 12 weeks from the commencement date, depending on market availability and client feedback timelines.
