A 5% late payment penalty shall apply to any outstanding balance exceeding 14 days from the due date.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Nigeria Abuja.
Apex Talent Solutions Nigeria Ltd. reserves the right to withdraw this quotation if the client fails to provide necessary access to organizational information within five (5) business days of acceptance.
The estimated timeline for completing the Human Resources Manager recruitment process is eight (8) to twelve (12) weeks from the date of engagement, subject to candidate availability and client feedback turnaround times.
All candidate data and organizational information shared during this engagement shall be treated as strictly confidential in compliance with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) 2019.
A replacement guarantee of sixty (60) days is provided for the appointed Human Resources Manager should the individual resign or be terminated for cause within that period, at no additional recruitment fee.
This quotation does not constitute a guarantee of placement. The final decision on the selection of the Human Resources Manager rests solely with the client's executive management.
Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Nigeria Abuja in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Cap A18, LFN 2004.
