- End-to-end recruitment and selection of a senior Human Resources Manager with a minimum of eight (8) years of progressive experience in corporate human resources management within the Nigerian business environment.
- Conducting structured interviews, psychometric assessments, and competency-based evaluations tailored to the operational needs of Nigeria Lagos based enterprises.
- Verification of academic credentials, professional certifications (including CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent), and employment references.
- Negotiation and finalization of employment terms, including compensation benchmarking against current Nigeria Lagos market rates for senior HR leadership roles.
- Facilitation of the onboarding process, including orientation to Nigerian labour law (Nigerian Labour Act 2004, National Insurance Act, and Pension Reform Act 2014).
- Provision of a 90-day post-appointment performance review and integration support for the Human Resources Manager.
- Advisory support on organizational restructuring, employee relations policy development, and compliance with the National Industrial Court of Nigeria regulations.

This Quotation Estimate shall be settled in three (3) tranches as follows:
- First Tranche (40%): ₦ 3,050,850 – Payable upon execution of the service agreement and commencement of the Human Resources Manager recruitment process.
- Second Tranche (35%): ₦ 2,669,494 – Payable upon successful appointment and onboarding of the Human Resources Manager.
- Third Tranche (25%): ₦ 1,906,781 – Payable upon completion of the 90-day performance review and final compliance audit in Nigeria Lagos.
All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the designated account of Apex Talent Solutions Ltd. at Zenith Bank PLC, Victoria Island Branch, Lagos. Payment is due within fourteen (14) calendar days of invoice issuance.
5.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates are subject to revision based on prevailing economic conditions in Nigeria Lagos.
5.2 The Human Resources Manager candidate must meet all statutory requirements under Nigerian employment law, including but not limited to the Nigerian Labour Act 2004 and the National Housing Fund Act.
5.3 Apex Talent Solutions Ltd. shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all candidate information and client organizational data in compliance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
5.4 Any additional services beyond the scope defined in this document shall be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate and mutual written agreement.
5.5 Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Nigeria Lagos in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act (Cap A18, LFN 2004).
5.6 This engagement does not create an employer-employee relationship between Apex Talent Solutions Ltd. and the appointed Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager shall be directly employed by Meridian Industries (Nigeria) Plc.
Note: The compensation package for the Human Resources Manager position (annual salary, benefits, and allowances) is separate from the professional service fees outlined in this Quotation Estimate and shall be negotiated directly between Meridian Industries (Nigeria) Plc and the appointed candidate.
