This Quotation Estimate is formally issued by Manila Executive Talent Solutions, Inc. to provide a comprehensive cost breakdown for the recruitment, placement, and onboarding of a qualified Human Resources Manager for a corporate client operating within the Philippines Manila metropolitan area. 3. Terms and Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all fees and rates are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in the Philippines Manila professional services sector.
Payment terms: Fifty percent (50%) of the total amount shall be due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the Service Agreement. The remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be due upon successful completion of the onboarding period and delivery of the 90-day integration report for the Human Resources Manager.
All payments shall be made in Philippine Pesos (PHP) via bank transfer to the designated account of Manila Executive Talent Solutions, Inc. No cash payments shall be accepted.
The Human Resources Manager candidate recommended under this Quotation Estimate is subject to the client's final approval. In the event the client declines the recommended candidate, one (1) replacement candidate shall be provided at no additional sourcing fee. Subsequent replacements shall be billed at 50% of the original sourcing fee.
Manila Executive Talent Solutions, Inc. shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all candidate information, client business operations, and compensation data in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute an employment contract between the client and the Human Resources Manager. The employment relationship shall be governed by a separate Employment Contract compliant with the Philippine Labor Code.
Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the matter shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines Manila region.
All services rendered under this Quotation Estimate are subject to the professional standards and ethical guidelines of the Philippine Association of Human Resource Management (PAHRM).

4. Acceptance and Authorization
