Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows:
- 30% deposit (ZAR 76,383.00 incl. VAT) due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to commence the Human Resources Manager recruitment process.
- 40% milestone payment (ZAR 101,844.00 incl. VAT) due upon successful onboarding and commencement of the 90-day integration programme.
- 30% final payment (ZAR 76,383.00 incl. VAT) due at the conclusion of the 12-month advisory and compliance period.
All payments are to be made via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the bank account of Proactive HR Solutions (Pty) Ltd. Invoices will be issued in accordance with the National Credit Act and SARS e-invoicing requirements applicable in South Africa Cape Town.
5.1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Thereafter, pricing may be subject to revision based on market fluctuations in the South Africa Cape Town HR services sector.
5.2. The Human Resources Manager candidate identified through this engagement will be subject to a standard 90-day probationary period as stipulated in the Basic Conditions of Employment Act. Our advisory support extends through this probationary period.
5.3. Proactive HR Solutions (Pty) Ltd shall not be held liable for any employment disputes, labour claims, or CCMA proceedings arising after the conclusion of the 12-month advisory period, unless such matters are directly attributable to deficiencies in the onboarding or compliance services rendered.
5.4. All personal information collected during the recruitment and onboarding process shall be handled in strict compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), 2013, and the relevant Information Regulator guidelines for South Africa Cape Town.
5.5. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a guarantee of employment. The final decision to appoint the Human Resources Manager rests solely with the client organisation.
5.6. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through the CCMA in the Cape Town jurisdiction, in accordance with the Labour Relations Act, 1995.
5.7. This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the scope, cost, and terms of the Human Resources Manager engagement and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or understandings.
