This Quotation Estimate stipulates the following payment schedule for the Human Resources Manager recruitment engagement in Spain Barcelona:
- 40% advance payment (€ 7,744.00 including VAT) due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and signing of the Service Agreement.
- 40% milestone payment (€ 7,744.00 including VAT) due upon successful completion of the final interview round and candidate shortlisting.

4. Terms & Conditions- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Spain Barcelona.
- The Human Resources Manager candidate must meet all criteria outlined in the approved role profile. Should the client request a material change to the position specification, a supplementary Quotation Estimate will be issued.
- All candidate data will be processed in strict compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection (LOPDGDD).
- The six-month guarantee period commences on the candidate's first working day. If the Human Resources Manager departs or is terminated for cause within this period, TalentBridge will conduct a replacement search at no additional charge.
- This engagement is governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved by the competent courts of Barcelona, Spain.
- Confidentiality: All information exchanged during this process, including candidate details, salary data, and organizational information, shall be treated as strictly confidential by both parties.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a contract of employment between the client and the placed Human Resources Manager. The employment relationship is solely between the client and the candidate.
