Scope of Services

This Quotation Estimate is issued by TalentBridge Consulting S.L. in response to the formal request from Grupo Empresarial Iberia S.A. for the recruitment, onboarding, and first-year management support of a Human Resources Manager to be based in Spain Madrid. The scope encompasses the following deliverables:

• Executive Search & Sourcing: Identification, screening, and shortlisting of qualified Human Resources Manager candidates with a minimum of eight years of progressive HR experience in the Spanish market, with specific expertise in labour law compliance under the Spanish Workers' Statute (Estatuto de los Trabajadores).
• Assessment & Interview Coordination: Conducting structured competency-based interviews, psychometric evaluations, and reference checks for a minimum of five shortlisted candidates. All interview sessions will be conducted in person at our Madrid office or the client's premises in Spain Madrid.
• Contract Negotiation & Onboarding: Facilitating the negotiation of the employment contract in full compliance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement (Convenio Colectivo) for the sector, ensuring all terms align with current Spanish labour legislation and Madrid regional regulations.
• First-Year Performance Support: Providing quarterly performance reviews, strategic HR planning workshops, and advisory sessions for the newly appointed Human Resources Manager during the first twelve months of employment in the Spain Madrid office.
• Compliance & Regulatory Advisory: Ongoing guidance on social security contributions (Seguridad Social), payroll administration, employee relations, and any legislative changes affecting HR operations in Spain Madrid throughout the contract period.

Quotation Estimate – Cost Breakdown

Terms & Conditions

1. This Quotation Estimate constitutes a firm offer for the recruitment and advisory services described herein for the Human Resources Manager position in Spain Madrid. Acceptance is subject to the client's written confirmation within the validity period stated above.
2. Payment terms: 40% upon signing of the service agreement, 30% upon successful placement of the Human Resources Manager, and the remaining 30% to be invoiced quarterly over the first-year support period.
3. All services will be performed in strict compliance with the Spanish Data Protection Act (LOPDGDD) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) with respect to candidate personal data processed during the recruitment phase.
4. TalentBridge Consulting S.L. shall not be liable for any employment disputes arising after the onboarding period, except where such disputes are directly attributable to errors in the contract documentation prepared by our firm.
5. Any additional services beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a separate written amendment and additional fee schedule.
6. Governing law: The laws of the Kingdom of Spain. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting service agreement shall be resolved by the competent courts of Madrid, Spain.
7. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute an employment contract between TalentBridge Consulting S.L. and the candidate. The employment relationship is exclusively between the client and the appointed Human Resources Manager.
