Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows:
- 40% advance payment (LKR 391,760) upon acceptance of this quotation and execution of the service agreement.
- 40% milestone payment (LKR 391,760) upon successful completion of the final interview and issuance of the offer letter to the selected Human Resources Manager candidate.
- 20% final payment (LKR 195,880) upon the candidate's successful completion of the 90-day probationary period in the Colombo office.
All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Apex Talent Solutions (Pvt) Ltd, Commercial Bank, Colombo Branch. Invoices will be issued in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) in accordance with the Inland Revenue Department guidelines.
6.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, fees may be subject to revision based on market fluctuations in the Colombo recruitment sector.
6.2 The client agrees to provide timely feedback and interview availability. Delays exceeding five (5) business days on the client's part may extend the project timeline proportionally.
6.3 In the event the placed Human Resources Manager resigns or is terminated for cause within the 90-day guarantee period, Apex Talent Solutions shall, at its sole discretion, either re-initiate the recruitment process at no additional cost or refund 50% of the total fee.
6.4 All candidate data processed under this engagement shall be handled in strict compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act No. 9 of 2022 of Sri Lanka.
6.5 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Agreement document.
6.6 Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Colombo, Sri Lanka, in accordance with the Arbitration Act No. 11 of 1995.
