1. Scope of Services

3. Payment Schedule

Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows to ensure cash-flow alignment for both parties:

  • Advance Payment (30%): SDG 6,961,350 – Due upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and prior to commencement of recruitment activities for the Human Resources Manager role in Sudan Khartoum.
  • Second Installment (40%): SDG 9,281,800 – Due upon successful onboarding and completion of the first 90-day integration period of the Human Resources Manager.
  • Final Installment (30%): SDG 6,961,350 – Due upon completion of the twelfth month of the engagement and delivery of the final annual HR report.

All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the designated account of the service provider. Late payments beyond fifteen (15) business days from the due date shall attract a penalty of 1.5% per month, in accordance with commercial practice in Sudan Khartoum.

4. Terms and Conditions
  1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision based on market conditions in Sudan Khartoum.
  2. The Human Resources Manager shall be engaged under a fixed-term contract of twelve (12) months, renewable by mutual written agreement. Termination clauses and notice periods (minimum 60 days) shall be governed by the Sudanese Labor Law of 2010 as amended.
  3. The service provider warrants that the Human Resources Manager candidate will possess a minimum of seven (7) years of progressive HR experience, a relevant Master's degree, and demonstrated familiarity with the regulatory and cultural landscape of Sudan Khartoum.
  4. All personal data processed during recruitment and employment shall be handled in strict compliance with Sudanese data protection regulations and the client's internal confidentiality policies.
  5. Any scope changes, additional headcount requirements, or extended engagement beyond the initial twelve months shall be documented in a formal amendment to this Quotation Estimate, signed by both parties.
  6. Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. In the event of unresolved disagreement, matters shall be referred to the competent commercial courts in Khartoum, Sudan.
  7. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and the advance payment has been received in full.
