The scope of this Quotation Estimate covers the full lifecycle of the Human Resources Manager recruitment process, including but not limited to: role profiling, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference verification, contractual negotiation, and post-placement support. All services are delivered in strict compliance with Swiss federal and cantonal employment legislation applicable in the Switzerland Zurich area.

The Human Resources Manager position is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing all human capital functions within the client organisation. The successful candidate will be based in Switzerland Zurich and will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer or the Board of Directors. Key responsibilities include strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, compliance with Swiss labour law, and organisational development.

Late payments shall incur interest at the rate of 5% per annum as stipulated under Swiss law.

• This Quotation Estimate is a non-binding document until formally accepted in writing by the client and converted into a binding service agreement.
• All recruitment activities for the Human Resources Manager position shall be conducted in full compliance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and applicable cantonal regulations in the canton of Zurich.
• Zurich Executive Talent Solutions AG guarantees a replacement period of six (6) months. Should the appointed Human Resources Manager resign or be terminated for cause within this period, a replacement candidate will be sourced at no additional cost.
• The client grants Zurich Executive Talent Solutions AG a six-month exclusivity period for the Human Resources Manager role. Should the client engage a candidate from our database outside of this engagement within twelve (12) months, a fee of fifty percent (50%) of the total Quotation Estimate amount shall apply.
• All intellectual property, candidate data, and confidential information exchanged during the engagement shall remain the property of the respective parties and shall be handled in accordance with Swiss confidentiality and data protection standards.
• This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the Swiss Confederation, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Switzerland Zurich.
