• Conducting a detailed job analysis and drafting a comprehensive job description for the Human Resources Manager role, aligned with Tanzanian labour law (Employment and Labour Relations Act, Cap. 204) and industry best practices.
• Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting a minimum of eight (8) qualified candidates with a minimum of seven (7) years of progressive HR management experience in the East African region.
• Administering structured competency-based interviews, psychometric assessments, and reference verification for all shortlisted candidates.
• Conducting background checks, including criminal record verification through the Tanzania Police Force and academic credential validation.
• Providing a final shortlist of three (3) candidates with detailed assessment reports for the client's final selection decision.
• Facilitating salary negotiation, offer letter preparation, and contractual onboarding in compliance with Tanzanian employment regulations.
• Delivering a ninety (90) day post-placement support period to ensure the Human Resources Manager integrates effectively into the client's organisational structure in Tanzania Dar es Salaam.

The following Quotation Estimate details all costs associated with the engagement. All amounts are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current rate of 18% as applicable in Tanzania.

Grand Total in words: Sixteen Million Two Hundred and Twenty-Five Thousand Tanzanian Shillings only.

• 40% Advance Payment: TZS 6,490,000 (inclusive of VAT) due within five (5) business days of acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
• 40% Milestone Payment: TZS 6,490,000 (inclusive of VAT) due upon delivery of the final shortlist report and client's written confirmation of the selected Human Resources Manager candidate.
• 20% Final Payment: TZS 3,245,000 (inclusive of VAT) due upon successful completion of the 90-day post-placement support period.
• All payments shall be made via bank transfer to TalentBridge HR Solutions Ltd., Bank of Africa, Dar es Salaam Branch, Account No. 0045-8821-3376.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Tanzania Dar es Salaam.
• The engagement is governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Dar es Salaam in accordance with the Arbitration Act, Cap. 20.
• TalentBridge HR Solutions Ltd. shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all candidate data and client information in compliance with the Data Protection Act, 2022 of Tanzania.
• The Human Resources Manager placed under this engagement shall be subject to a standard three (3) month probationary period as per Tanzanian employment law. TalentBridge's liability for replacement is limited to one (1) free re-placement within the 90-day support window.
• Any changes to the scope of services must be agreed upon in writing by both parties prior to execution. Additional services will be quoted separately.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties.
