4. Payment TermsPayment for this Quotation Estimate shall be made as follows:
- 50% Advance Payment (THB 112,617.50) upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and commencement of the Human Resources Manager search.
- 40% Milestone Payment (THB 90,094) upon submission of the final shortlist of Human Resources Manager candidates to the client.
- 10% Final Payment (THB 22,523.50) upon successful onboarding of the Human Resources Manager and completion of the 90-day support period in Thailand Bangkok.

5. Terms and Conditions- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for a revised Quotation Estimate beyond this period will be subject to re-evaluation of current Thailand Bangkok market rates.
- The recruitment timeline for the Human Resources Manager position is estimated at six (6) to eight (8) weeks from the date of engagement, depending on candidate availability in the Thailand Bangkok market.
- Siam Talent Solutions Co., Ltd. guarantees a replacement candidate at no additional cost if the appointed Human Resources Manager resigns or is terminated for cause within the first ninety (90) days of employment.
- All candidate data and information gathered during this engagement shall be treated as strictly confidential in compliance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019).
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute an employment contract. The employment relationship between the client and the Human Resources Manager shall be governed by a separate employment agreement compliant with Thailand Bangkok labour regulations.
- Any changes to the scope of services outlined in this Quotation Estimate must be agreed upon in writing by both parties prior to implementation.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Thailand Bangkok in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
