4. Our guarantee period is one hundred twenty (120) days from the Human Resources Manager's start date. Should the candidate resign or be terminated for cause within this period, we shall provide a replacement at no additional cost.
5. All services shall be performed in strict compliance with Turkish data protection regulations (KVKK – Law No. 6698) and applicable labor laws governing the Ankara region.
