- Negotiating compensation packages in line with prevailing Uganda Kampala salary benchmarks for senior HR leadership roles.
- Facilitating a structured ninety (90) day onboarding and integration programme for the appointed Human Resources Manager.
- Providing three (3) months of post-placement support and performance check-ins to ensure successful role transition.

4.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate shall remain valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Uganda Kampala.
4.2 Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the grand total shall be due upon acceptance of this quotation. The remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be payable within fourteen (14) days of the successful onboarding of the Human Resources Manager into the client's organisation.
4.3 Replacement Guarantee: Should the appointed Human Resources Manager resign or be terminated for cause within the first six (6) months of employment, our firm shall, at no additional cost, initiate a replacement search process in accordance with the original job specification.
4.4 Confidentiality: All candidate data, salary information, and internal communications related to this engagement shall be treated as strictly confidential in compliance with the Uganda Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019.
4.5 Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Uganda Kampala in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 2000.
4.6 Exclusions: This quotation does not include the salary, benefits, or statutory contributions (NSSF, PAYE, workmen's compensation) payable to the Human Resources Manager, which remain the sole responsibility of the client.
Note: The estimated timeline from contract signing to the Human Resources Manager commencing duties in Uganda Kampala is approximately eight (8) to twelve (12) weeks, depending on candidate availability and the complexity of the role requirements.By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the recruitment and placement of a Human Resources Manager in Uganda Kampala.
