Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows: fifty percent (50%) of the total amount, equivalent to AED 31,500, is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the service agreement. The remaining fifty percent (50%), equivalent to AED 31,500, shall be due upon successful completion of the Human Resources Manager placement and confirmation of the candidate's first day of employment in Abu Dhabi. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the designated account of Meridian Talent Solutions FZ. Late payments shall attract a penalty of two percent (2%) per month on the outstanding balance.

The estimated completion timeline for this Quotation Estimate engagement is as follows: Job profiling and market research shall be completed within seven (7) business days. Candidate sourcing and initial screening shall be finalized within twenty-one (21) business days. Final candidate shortlisting and interview coordination shall be completed within thirty-five (35) business days. Visa processing and documentation in Abu Dhabi shall be completed within fourteen (14) business days following offer acceptance. The Human Resources Manager is expected to commence duties within sixty (60) calendar days from the date of this Quotation Estimate acceptance.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. All costs are quoted in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of applicable UAE Value Added Tax at the current rate of five percent (5%). The Human Resources Manager candidate must meet the minimum qualifications of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of eight (8) years of progressive HR experience, including at least three (3) years in a senior or managerial capacity. The candidate must demonstrate proficiency in Arabic and English, as the role is based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Meridian Talent Solutions FZ reserves the right to withdraw this Quotation Estimate if the client fails to confirm within the validity period. Any changes to the scope of services must be documented in a written amendment to this Quotation Estimate. This engagement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Abu Dhabi.

Please note that this Quotation Estimate does not include the Human Resources Manager's annual salary, benefits, housing allowance, or any ongoing employment costs, which remain the sole responsibility of Al Noor Corporate Group LLC. Visa processing fees are subject to change by the Abu Dhabi immigration authority and may be adjusted accordingly. The Human Resources Manager candidate's medical examination and biometric registration are included in the visa processing fee.
