5. Payment Terms

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made as follows: 40% of the total fee (i.e., £6,168.00 including VAT) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and commencement of the Human Resources Manager search. The remaining 60% (i.e., £9,252.00 including VAT) is due within 14 calendar days of the successful placement and commencement of the Human Resources Manager in the role. All payments are to be made by BACS transfer to the bank account details provided on the accompanying invoice. Late payments shall attract interest at a rate of 4% above the Bank of England base rate, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
