This Quotation Estimate is issued by Northbridge Talent Solutions Ltd in relation to the recruitment, onboarding, and first-year engagement of a senior Human Resources Manager for Apex Manufacturing Group plc, based in the United Kingdom Manchester metropolitan area. The role will encompass full strategic and operational responsibility for all human resources functions across the client's three manufacturing facilities located in Manchester, Salford, and Warrington.

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for workforce planning, employee relations, compliance with UK employment legislation (including the Equality Act 2010, Working Time Regulations 1998, and the Auto-Enrolment Pensions Act 2004), performance management frameworks, learning and development programmes, compensation and benefits administration, and the development of a positive organisational culture aligned with the company's growth objectives in the United Kingdom Manchester region.

Our recruitment process will include a comprehensive market mapping exercise targeting experienced HR professionals within a 30-mile radius of central Manchester, structured competency-based interviews, psychometric assessment, reference verification, and a final panel presentation to the client's executive leadership team.

Payment Terms

Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be made as follows: 40% (£5,736.00 incl. VAT) due upon acceptance of this quotation; 40% (£5,736.00 incl. VAT) due upon successful completion of the interview and assessment process; and the remaining 20% (£2,868.00 incl. VAT) due upon the Human Resources Manager's successful completion of the 90-day integration period. All payments are to be made by BACS transfer to Northbridge Talent Solutions Ltd, Account No. 50123456, Sort Code: 16-06-01, within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments will incur interest at 4% above the Bank of England base rate per the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

Terms and Conditions

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing and availability are subject to review.
• All services will be delivered in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR regulations. Candidate data will be processed solely for recruitment purposes and retained for a maximum of 12 months.
• The Human Resources Manager candidate will be engaged directly by Apex Manufacturing Group plc. Northbridge Talent Solutions Ltd acts solely as a recruitment and advisory intermediary and does not assume any employer liability.
• Should the appointed Human Resources Manager resign or be terminated for cause within the first 12 months, Northbridge Talent Solutions Ltd will provide one replacement candidate at no additional fee, subject to reasonable availability in the United Kingdom Manchester labour market.
• All intellectual property, including role specifications, assessment materials, and onboarding frameworks developed under this engagement, shall become the property of the client upon full payment.
• This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Manchester, United Kingdom.
• Northbridge Talent Solutions Ltd holds professional indemnity insurance with a cover limit of £5,000,000, valid throughout the term of this engagement.

Assumptions and Exclusions

This Quotation Estimate assumes that the client will provide timely access to decision-makers for interview scheduling and will supply all necessary company information for role specification development. Travel expenses beyond the Greater Manchester area (including Cheshire and Lancashire borders) will be billed at actual cost. Any additional HR consultancy work beyond the 90-day integration period will be quoted separately at a rate of £650.00 per day plus VAT. The estimated annual salary range for the Human Resources Manager role in the United Kingdom Manchester market is £65,000–£82,000 plus benefits, though final compensation is at the sole discretion of the client.
