• The placement guarantee period is ninety (90) days from the start date of the Human Resources Manager. Should the candidate resign or be terminated for cause within this period, our firm shall provide a replacement candidate at no additional cost.
• All candidate data processed during this engagement shall be handled in strict compliance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Personal Data Protection and applicable data privacy regulations in Tashkent.
• Our firm shall not be liable for any employment disputes, labor law violations, or performance issues arising after the expiration of the 90-day guarantee period.
