5. Confidentiality: All candidate data, compensation information, and internal client communications will be treated as strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.

7. Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service agreement shall be resolved through mediation in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, in accordance with the Civil Procedure Code of Vietnam.
