This Quotation Estimate stipulates the following payment schedule for the Human Resources Manager placement engagement in Zimbabwe Harare:

40% Advance Payment (USD 5,888.00) – Due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and signing of the service agreement.
40% Milestone Payment (USD 5,888.00) – Due upon successful candidate selection and issuance of the formal offer letter.
20% Final Payment (USD 2,944.00) – Due upon completion of the 90-day onboarding and placement guarantee period.

All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account details provided in the accompanying invoice. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 2% per month as per Zimbabwean commercial practice.

The entire recruitment and placement process for the Human Resources Manager position in Zimbabwe Harare is expected to be completed within a period of eight (8) to twelve (12) weeks from the date of contract execution. The replacement process shall follow the same methodology and timeline as the original placement.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates are subject to revision based on prevailing economic conditions in Zimbabwe.
All services shall be performed in strict compliance with the Labour Act [Chapter 28:01] of Zimbabwe, the Employment Contracts Act, and applicable regulations in Harare and the wider Zimbabwean jurisdiction.
The Human Resources Manager candidate shall be subject to a non-compete clause of twelve (12) months post-placement, as stipulated in the employment contract.
Confidentiality obligations apply to all parties. No candidate information, salary data, or internal client communications shall be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through mediation in Harare, Zimbabwe, and failing that, through the competent courts of Zimbabwe.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and the advance payment has been received.
