- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all pricing, exchange rates, and availability commitments must be reconfirmed in writing.
- All services rendered by the Industrial Engineer shall be performed in accordance with the professional ethics code of the Colegio de Ingenieros de la Provincia de Buenos Aires and applicable Argentine labor and safety legislation.
- Payment terms: 40% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 35% upon delivery of the Process Redesign Plan (Item 2), and 25% upon final acceptance of the Technical Report (Item 7). Invoices shall be issued in accordance with AFIP electronic invoicing (Factura Electrónica) regulations.
- The exchange rate of ARS 1,080.00 per USD is indicative as of the date of this document. Final ARS amounts shall be adjusted to the official BCRA (Banco Central de la República Argentina) rate on the date of each invoice issuance.
- All on-site work within Argentina Buenos Aires shall be conducted during standard business hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00). Any work performed outside these hours or on public holidays shall be billed at 1.5x the standard hourly rate.
