The appointed Industrial Engineer will provide the following professional services over a twelve-week engagement period commencing on 1 July 2025:

All amounts are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD). GST is included as per Australian Taxation Office requirements for registered businesses operating in Australia Sydney.
The Industrial Engineer engagement is scheduled to commence on Monday, 1 July 2025 and conclude on Friday, 26 September 2025, spanning twelve (12) calendar weeks. A detailed Gantt chart and milestone schedule will be provided within five (5) business days of contract execution. All on-site work will be conducted at the client's premises in Wetherill Park, Australia Sydney, during standard business hours (08:00–17:00 AEST), Monday through Friday.
5.1 Payment Schedule: Payment shall be made in three (3) instalments: 40% upon contract signing, 35% upon completion of Week 6 (mid-project milestone), and 25% upon delivery of the final report. All invoices are payable within fourteen (14) calendar days of issue.
5.2 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Should the client wish to proceed after the expiry date, a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting any market adjustments will be issued.
5.3 Intellectual Property: All process maps, reports, models, and documentation produced by the Industrial Engineer during this engagement shall become the sole property of the client upon full payment. Apex Industrial Solutions Pty Ltd retains the right to reference the project (anonymised) in future marketing materials.
5.4 Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary information, trade secrets, and operational data encountered during the engagement in Australia Sydney. A mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) will be executed prior to commencement.
5.5 Insurance and Compliance: Apex Industrial Solutions Pty Ltd holds a current Professional Indemnity Insurance policy (minimum $20 million AUD) and Public Liability Insurance (minimum $20 million AUD).
