- Final Payment (30%): BDT 277,380 – due upon submission of the final engineering report and completion of the training workshop (end of Week 8).
- All payments shall be made via bank transfer to Apex Industrial Solutions Ltd., BRAC Bank, Banani Branch, Bangladesh Dhaka, A/C No. 1010-XXXXXX-001.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised to reflect changes in market conditions in Bangladesh Dhaka.
- The Industrial Engineer shall have full access to all relevant production areas, records, and personnel at the client's Bangladesh Dhaka facility during working hours (08:00–17:00, Sunday–Thursday).
- Client is responsible for providing a dedicated workspace, access to production data, and coordination with shift supervisors during on-site activities.
- All deliverables, including reports, CAD drawings, and simulation files, shall be the exclusive intellectual property of the client upon full payment.
- Any scope changes or additional work beyond the items listed in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional cost approval.
- Apex Industrial Solutions Ltd. shall maintain professional indemnity insurance of not less than BDT 5,000,000 for the duration of the engagement.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh and shall be resolved through arbitration in Bangladesh Dhaka in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 2001.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the scope, rates, and terms outlined herein for the engagement of the Industrial Engineer services in Bangladesh Dhaka.
