This Quotation Estimate is issued in response to the formal request submitted by EuroProcess Industries NV for the engagement of a qualified Industrial Engineer to conduct a comprehensive operational audit, process optimisation, and lean manufacturing implementation across the client's production facilities located in the Belgium Brussels metropolitan area. The scope of work encompasses all activities to be performed within the administrative boundaries of Belgium Brussels, including but not limited to the communes of Ixelles, Saint-Gilles, and Anderlecht where the client maintains its primary manufacturing and logistics operations.
The Industrial Engineer assigned to this project will hold a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from a recognised Belgian or European institution, possess a minimum of twelve (12) years of professional experience in process optimisation, and be fully registered with the Belgian Order of Engineers (Ordre des Ingénieurs-Conseils). All services will be delivered in compliance with Belgian labour regulations, EU occupational health and safety directives, and the specific industrial standards applicable to the Belgium Brussels region.

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made via bank transfer to the account of the consulting firm. The payment schedule is structured as follows: thirty percent (30%) upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and signing of the service agreement; forty percent (40%) upon completion of the mid-project deliverables (items 01 through 04); and the remaining thirty percent (30%) upon delivery and formal acceptance of the final report and executive presentation. All invoices are payable within thirty (30) calendar days of the invoice date in accordance with Belgian commercial law. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate prescribed by the Belgian Code of Economic Law.
5. Terms and Conditions- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision.
- The Industrial Engineer shall maintain full professional confidentiality regarding all proprietary data, processes, and trade secrets encountered during the engagement in Belgium Brussels.
- All deliverables, including reports, KPI dashboards, and training materials, shall be the exclusive intellectual property of the client upon full payment.
- The Industrial Engineer is required to comply with all applicable Belgian and European regulations, including GDPR for any personal data processed during the engagement.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to industrial strikes, natural disasters, or government-mandated closures affecting Belgium Brussels, shall suspend the project timeline without penalty to either party.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through the competent commercial courts of Belgium Brussels, in accordance with Belgian civil and commercial law.
