1. Scope of Work & Description
This Quotation Estimate is issued by Engenaria Industrial & Consultoria Ltda. to provide comprehensive professional services rendered by a certified Industrial Engineer for the client's manufacturing facility located in Brazil Brasília, Federal District. The scope encompasses a full operational audit, process re-engineering, lean manufacturing implementation, and workforce productivity analysis for the client's metalworking and assembly lines. The Industrial Engineer assigned to this project holds a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Brasília (UnB), a master's degree in Operations Research, and is registered with the Federal Council of Engineering and Agronomy (CREA/DF). 3. Terms and Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices and availability of the Industrial Engineer may be subject to revision.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon contract signing, 40% upon delivery of the mid-project report, and 30% upon final acceptance of all deliverables. Payments shall be made via bank transfer (TED/PIX) to the account specified in the service contract.
- All services will be performed in strict compliance with Brazilian legislation, including the Civil Code (Law 10.406/2002), the CLT, and applicable Federal District regulations governing professional engineering services in Brazil Brasília.
- The Industrial Engineer shall maintain full confidentiality regarding all proprietary data, production processes, and operational information of the client. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) will be executed prior to the commencement of work.
- Any scope changes, additional work requests, or extensions beyond the originally defined parameters will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate and written approval by both parties.
- The project timeline assumes full access to production areas, personnel, and historical data by the client. Delays caused by client-side unavailability may extend the schedule without additional cost to the client, but will not extend the validity of this Quotation Estimate.
- Intellectual property of all reports, methodologies, and deliverables produced under this engagement shall be transferred to the client upon full payment.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service contract shall be resolved by the competent courts of Brazil Brasília, Federal District, Brazil.
4. Acceptance and Authorization
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorizes Engenaria Industrial & Consultoria Ltda. to proceed with the engagement of the Industrial Engineer and the execution of all services described herein at the client's facility in Brazil Brasília, under the terms and conditions set forth in this document.
