The Industrial Engineer assigned to this project will hold a minimum of eight (8) years of post-graduate experience in manufacturing systems engineering, lean production methodology, and supply chain optimisation. The Industrial Engineer will be physically stationed at the client's premises in China Beijing for the duration of the engagement, working Monday through Friday, 08:30–17:30 local time, with availability for up to ten (10) hours of overtime per month at a premium rate.

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Beijing Precision Engineering Consultants Co., Ltd. The payment milestones for the Industrial Engineer engagement in China Beijing are structured as follows:

• Milestone 1 – 30% (CNY 286,390.80): Due upon execution of the service agreement and commencement of the initial site assessment by the Industrial Engineer.
• Milestone 2 – 40% (CNY 381,854.40): Due upon delivery and client approval of the production line redesign and lean implementation plan.
• Milestone 3 – 30% (CNY 286,390.80): Due upon submission of the final project report, KPI dashboard, and completion of all training sessions in China Beijing.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates for the Industrial Engineer services may be subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in China Beijing.
2. The Industrial Engineer shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, including but not limited to the PRC Labour Law, the PRC Data Security Law, and local Beijing municipal ordinances governing foreign and domestic professional services.
3. All intellectual property, process documentation, and proprietary data generated by the Industrial Engineer during the course of this engagement in China Beijing shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment.
4. Either party may terminate this engagement with fourteen (14) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date as itemised in this Quotation Estimate.
5. The Industrial Engineer is engaged as an independent contractor and not as an employee of the client. All social insurance, personal income tax, and statutory contributions are the responsibility of Beijing Precision Engineering Consultants Co., Ltd.
6. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting service agreement shall be resolved through arbitration administered by the Beijing Arbitration Commission (BAC) in accordance with its then-current rules. The seat of arbitration shall be Beijing, China.
7. This Quotation Estimate does not include costs for capital equipment procurement, software licensing, or third-party laboratory testing. Such items, if required, will be quoted separately by the Industrial Engineer upon written request.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms set forth in this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of the Industrial Engineer in China Beijing. This document, once countersigned, shall serve as the basis for the formal Service Agreement to be executed within five (5) business days.
