The Industrial Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties at the designated site in China Guangzhou:

• Conduct a full value-stream mapping audit of the existing assembly and packaging lines (approximately 12,000 m² floor area).
• Perform time-and-motion studies, work sampling, and bottleneck analysis across all production cells.
• Design and deliver a revised plant layout that improves throughput by a minimum of 15% while reducing material handling distances.
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work-instruction documentation in both Mandarin Chinese and English.
• Implement a lean manufacturing toolkit (5S, Kanban, SMED) and train a minimum of 40 shop-floor operators.
• Prepare a final engineering report with capital expenditure recommendations for automation upgrades.
• Provide a 90-day post-implementation support window for process stabilization and KPI tracking.

Payment against this Quotation Estimate shall be made in the following installments via bank transfer to the account of Guangzhou Precision Engineering & Consulting Co., Ltd. (Bank of China, Guangzhou Branch, Account No. 7559 3010 0123 4567):

• 30% advance (CNY 319,847): Due upon execution of the service agreement, prior to the Industrial Engineer's mobilization to the China Guangzhou site.
• 40% milestone (CNY 426,462): Due upon delivery and client sign-off of the plant layout redesign package (end of Week 10).
• 20% milestone (CNY 213,231): Due upon completion of operator training and SOP handover (end of Week 13).
• 10% retention (CNY 106,615): Due upon successful closure of the 90-day post-implementation support period.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for a revised Quotation Estimate after the expiry date will be subject to re-pricing based on prevailing Industrial Engineer market rates in China Guangzhou.
• The Industrial Engineer assigned to this project holds a PRC-registered Professional Engineer (Registered Engineer – Industrial Engineering) credential and a minimum of twelve (12) years of experience in discrete manufacturing environments within the Pearl River Delta region.
• All deliverables, including layout drawings, SOPs, and the final report, shall be provided in both Simplified Chinese and English to comply with local regulatory requirements in China Guangzhou.
• The client shall provide the Industrial Engineer with safe access to all production areas, relevant as-built drawings, and historical production data no later than five (5) business days before the start date.
• Any scope change exceeding 10% of the original Quotation Estimate value will require a written change order signed by both parties before additional work commences.
