This Quotation Estimate establishes the following payment structure for the Industrial Engineer services rendered in Colombia Bogotá:
- 30% advance payment (COP $48,830,460) upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the service contract.
- 40% milestone payment (COP $65,107,280) upon completion of Line Items 01 through 04 and delivery of all associated reports.
- 30% final payment (COP $48,830,460) upon completion of all deliverables, including the post-implementation monitoring phase.
- All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by Procesos Industriales Bogotá S.A.S. within fifteen (15) calendar days of invoice issuance.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Colombia Bogotá.
- The Industrial Engineer shall comply with all applicable Colombian labor regulations, occupational health and safety standards (Resolución 0312 de 2019), and data protection laws (Ley 1581 de 2012).
- Any scope changes or additional services beyond those described herein shall require a written amendment to this Quotation Estimate, signed by both parties.
