- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Ethiopia Addis Ababa.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 35% upon completion of the on-site Industrial Engineer consulting phase, and 25% upon final delivery of all reports and completion of the monitoring period.
- All payments shall be made in Ethiopian Birr (ETB) via bank transfer to the account of Ethio Engineering Consultancy PLC at Commercial Bank of Ethiopia, Addis Ababa Branch.
- The Industrial Engineer assigned to this project shall possess a minimum of eight (8) years of professional experience in manufacturing and process engineering, with prior project experience in the Ethiopia Addis Ababa industrial sector.
- The client shall provide the Industrial Engineer with full access to all production areas, records, and personnel at the Ethiopia Addis Ababa facility during the agreed working hours (08:00–17:00, Monday to Friday).
- Any additional services or scope changes beyond what is described in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional cost approval by both parties.
- All intellectual property, reports, and technical documents produced by the Industrial Engineer under this engagement shall become the sole property of the client upon full payment.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties in Ethiopia Addis Ababa.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Ethiopian Commercial Code, with the seat of arbitration in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
