5.2 Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the mid-project milestone (end of Week 6), and 30% upon final delivery and acceptance of all reports and deliverables. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date via bank transfer to the account details provided on the invoice.

5.3 The Industrial Engineer shall comply with all applicable French labour regulations, health and safety standards (Code du Travail), and site-specific safety protocols at the France Lyon facility. The client is responsible for providing appropriate site access, personal protective equipment (PPE), and a dedicated workspace.

5.4 All intellectual property, process models, simulation files, and technical documentation produced under this engagement shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment.
