This Quotation Estimate is issued by Apex Industrial Solutions Pvt. Ltd. to provide comprehensive consulting and on-site services rendered by a qualified Industrial Engineer for the client's manufacturing facility located in India Mumbai. The engagement is designed to optimize production workflows, reduce operational waste, improve quality control systems, and enhance overall plant efficiency in accordance with Indian manufacturing standards and the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) guidelines.
The Industrial Engineer assigned to this project will hold a minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in process engineering, lean manufacturing, and operations research, with a B.E./B.Tech in Industrial Engineering from a recognized Indian institution and a professional certification in Six Sigma (Black Belt) or equivalent. The engineer will be physically present at the client's premises in India Mumbai for the duration of the engagement as specified below.

Note: This Quotation Estimate does not include travel, accommodation, or per-diem expenses for the Industrial Engineer if the client's site is located beyond a 25 km radius from BKC, India Mumbai. Any such additional costs will be billed at actuals with prior written approval from the client. All rates are exclusive of TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) as per the Income Tax Act, 1961.- Advance Payment: 30% of the Grand Total (₹ 3,62,850) due within 7 working days of acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
- Milestone Payment 1: 25% (₹ 3,02,375) payable upon completion of the site assessment and Lean roadmap delivery (end of Week 3).
- Milestone Payment 2: 25% (₹ 3,02,375) payable upon completion of the ERP scheduling system and quality control redesign (end of Week 8).
- Final Payment: 20% (₹ 2,41,900) payable within 15 days of delivery of the final report and completion of the 3-month monitoring period.
- All payments to be made via NEFT/RTGS to the bank account of Apex Industrial Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as detailed on the official tax invoice. Payment is due in Indian Rupees (INR) to a bank branch located in India Mumbai.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates and availability of the Industrial Engineer are subject to revision.
- The Industrial Engineer shall adhere to all applicable Indian labor laws, workplace safety regulations, and the client's internal site safety protocols while working at the India Mumbai facility.
- Confidentiality: All data, process information, and proprietary documents shared by the client shall be treated as strictly confidential. A mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) shall be executed prior to the commencement of work.
- Intellectual Property: All reports, models, and documentation prepared specifically for the client under this engagement shall become the property of the client upon full and final payment.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by natural disasters, government-mandated lockdowns, or other events beyond reasonable control, particularly those affecting operations in India Mumbai.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The jurisdiction of courts in India Mumbai shall be exclusive.
- The client agrees to provide the Industrial Engineer with reasonable access to all relevant production areas, data systems, and personnel necessary to perform the scope of work outlined in this Quotation Estimate.
