The Industrial Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties and deliverables at the client's production site in Indonesia Jakarta:

• Develop and implement time-and-motion studies, work measurement analyses, and standard time calculations for all critical operations.
• Design and propose an optimized plant layout and workstation arrangement to minimize material handling distances and reduce cycle times by a target of 15–25%.
• Prepare a comprehensive Industrial Engineering report including process flow diagrams, value-stream mapping, capacity planning models, and a detailed implementation roadmap.
• Provide on-site supervision and training for a period of four (4) weeks to ensure the client's internal team can sustain the improvements independently.
• Deliver a final presentation and handover session to the client's management team in Indonesia Jakarta.

• Invoices are payable within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of invoice issuance.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for a revised estimate after the validity period shall be subject to re-evaluation of rates.
2. The Industrial Engineer and supporting team shall comply with all applicable Indonesian labor regulations, occupational health and safety standards (K3), and site-specific safety protocols at the client's facility in Indonesia Jakarta.
3. The client shall provide the Industrial Engineer team with safe access to all relevant production areas, existing documentation, and necessary personnel for interviews and observations.
4. All intellectual property, reports, and deliverables produced under this engagement shall become the sole property of the client upon full and final payment.
5. Any scope changes or additional work requested by the client beyond the original scope defined in Section 1 shall be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate and written approval before execution.
6. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal Service Agreement must be executed by both parties prior to the commencement of work.
7. Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. In the event of unresolved disputes, the parties agree to submit the matter to the competent court in Indonesia Jakarta.
