2. Scope of Work – Industrial Engineer Assignment in Iraq BaghdadThe Industrial Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties at the designated project site in Iraq Baghdad:

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in three installments:
- 30 percent (USD 45,955.50) – Due upon signing of the service agreement and prior to the Industrial Engineer's departure to Iraq Baghdad.
- 50 percent (USD 76,592.50) – Due upon completion of week six of the on-site assignment in Baghdad.
- 20 percent (USD 30,637.00) – Due upon final delivery of all reports, training materials, and the demobilization handover.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period requires written reconfirmation of all pricing terms.
- All costs are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of applicable Iraqi value-added tax (VAT) where mandated by the Baghdad municipal authority.
- The Industrial Engineer shall comply with all Iraqi labor laws, safety regulations, and site-specific security protocols in force in Iraq Baghdad throughout the engagement.
