- Develop and implement a comprehensive production scheduling system aligned with the client's quarterly output targets.

- Train a team of up to fifteen (15) supervisory staff on lean manufacturing principles, time-and-motion study techniques, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Prepare a detailed feasibility report for the introduction of semi-automated assembly lines, including capital expenditure projections and return-on-investment analysis.
- Coordinate with local regulatory bodies in Abidjan to ensure all process modifications comply with Ivorian industrial safety and environmental standards.

The total estimated duration for the Industrial Engineer engagement in Ivory Coast Abidjan is seventeen (17) calendar weeks, commencing on the date of contract signature. A detailed Gantt chart and milestone schedule will be provided within five (5) business days of contract execution. Weekly progress reports will be submitted to the client's project sponsor every Friday.
- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of sixty (60) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all rates are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Ivory Coast Abidjan.
- Payment Terms: 30% advance payment upon contract signing; 40% upon completion of the mid-project milestone (Week 9); 30% upon final delivery and client acceptance of all deliverables. Payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of OptiFlow Engineering Consultants SARL, Banque Atlantique, Abidjan.
- Revisions: Up to two (2) rounds of revisions on the feasibility report and layout design are included. Additional revisions will be billed at 50,000 XOF per hour.
- Confidentiality: The Industrial Engineer and all supporting staff shall sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to commencing work. All client data, process documentation, and proprietary information remain the exclusive property of the client.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, government-imposed restrictions, or epidemics affecting operations in Ivory Coast Abidjan.
- Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from this engagement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be referred to the competent commercial courts of Abidjan, Ivory Coast.
- Intellectual Property: All reports, designs, and methodologies developed specifically for the client under this Quotation Estimate shall become the property of the client upon full payment.
- Insurance: The Industrial Engineer shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of 50,000,000 XOF throughout the duration of the engagement.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorizes OptiFlow Engineering Consultants SARL to proceed with the engagement of the Industrial Engineer for the services described herein at the facility in Ivory Coast Abidjan, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in Section 5.
