Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month, in accordance with Japanese commercial practice.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Thereafter, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Japan Tokyo.
• The Industrial Engineer shall comply with all applicable Japanese labor laws, workplace safety regulations (Labor Safety and Health Act), and the client's internal health and safety policies while operating in Japan Tokyo.
• All intellectual property, process documentation, and reports generated during the engagement shall become the sole property of the client upon full payment.
