This Quotation Estimate is issued by Gulf Industrial Solutions & Consulting LLC to provide a comprehensive, itemized cost breakdown for the engagement of a qualified Industrial Engineer to deliver process optimization, production line balancing, and operational efficiency services at the client's manufacturing facility located in Kuwait Kuwait City. This document serves as a formal commercial proposal and does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the acceptance section at the end of this Quotation Estimate.

The scope of work outlined herein has been developed following an initial site assessment conducted on 28 May 2025 at the client's premises in the Fourth Industrial Area, Kuwait Kuwait City. The Industrial Engineer assigned to this project will operate under the direct supervision of the client's Plant Manager while maintaining full professional independence in delivering technical recommendations.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for services beyond this validity period will require a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates and availability of the Industrial Engineer.
Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon signing of the service agreement, 35% upon completion of the mid-project milestone (end of Service Items 03 and 04), and 25% upon final delivery and acceptance of the comprehensive report.
All payments shall be made in Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD) via bank transfer to the account of Gulf Industrial Solutions & Consulting LLC, National Bank of Kuwait, Account No. 0045-8821-3367.
The Industrial Engineer shall comply with all applicable Kuwaiti labor laws, occupational health and safety regulations, and site-specific safety protocols in Kuwait Kuwait City throughout the engagement.
Any change in scope beyond the services described in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a separate change-order agreement and additional cost assessment.
Confidentiality: All data, process information, and proprietary materials accessed during the project in Kuwait Kuwait City shall remain the exclusive property of the client. The Industrial Engineer and our firm agree to a mutual non-disclosure agreement (NDA) to be executed prior to commencement.
Warranty: Our firm guarantees the accuracy and professional quality of all deliverables for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of final acceptance. Any defects in the analysis or recommendations will be rectified at no additional cost.
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to government-mandated shutdowns, natural disasters, or civil unrest in Kuwait Kuwait City.
Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts in Kuwait City.

The total estimated project duration is approximately seventy-five (75) working days, commencing from the date of the signed service agreement. The Industrial Engineer will be fully dedicated to this project and will not be assigned to concurrent engagements during the active project period. A detailed Gantt chart and weekly progress reporting schedule will be provided within five (5) working days of project kickoff in Kuwait Kuwait City.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of an Industrial Engineer to perform the specified services in Kuwait Kuwait City. This signature converts this Quotation Estimate into a binding service agreement effective from the date of the last signature.
