This Quotation Estimate is issued by ProIngeniería Industrial MX to provide comprehensive consulting and operational services delivered by a certified Industrial Engineer at the client's manufacturing facility located in Mexico Mexico City. The scope encompasses process optimization, production line redesign, quality control implementation, and workforce efficiency analysis. All services will be performed in strict compliance with Mexican industrial regulations, NOM standards, and the Federal Labor Law (Ley Federal del Trabajo) applicable in Mexico Mexico City.

3. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be adjusted to reflect changes in market conditions in Mexico Mexico City.
- Payment Terms: 40% advance upon contract signing, 35% upon completion of the on-site diagnostic and process mapping phases, and 25% upon delivery of the final report. All payments in Mexican Pesos (MXN) via bank transfer to the account specified in the formal contract.
- Timeline: The full scope of Industrial Engineer services is estimated to be completed within twelve (12) weeks from the date of contract execution, subject to client availability and access to the Mexico Mexico City facility.
- Confidentiality: All data, process information, and proprietary knowledge obtained during the engagement will be treated as strictly confidential. The Industrial Engineer and ProIngeniería Industrial MX will sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to site access.
- Regulatory Compliance: All recommendations and implementations will adhere to applicable Mexican federal and state regulations, including NOM-030-STPS, NOM-005-STPS, and the Federal Environmental Law as enforced in Mexico Mexico City.

- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated shutdowns, or public health emergencies affecting operations in Mexico Mexico City.
4. Acceptance
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms outlined herein. The formal service contract for the Industrial Engineer engagement in Mexico Mexico City will be executed within five (5) business days of acceptance.
