Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows:
- 30% Advance Payment (MAD 99,000.00): Due upon signed acceptance of this quotation, prior to the commencement of on-site work.
- 40% Milestone Payment (MAD 132,000.00): Due upon completion of the Lean Manufacturing implementation and Supply Chain optimization phases (approximately Week 8).
- 30% Final Payment (MAD 99,000.00): Due within fifteen (15) calendar days of delivery of the final consolidated report and executive presentation.
All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Atlas Industrial Consulting SARL, Bank Al-Maghrib, IBAN: MA64 0117 3000 0000 0000 0000 0000. Invoices will be issued in accordance with Moroccan tax regulations and the applicable fiscal year of Morocco Casablanca.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates and availability of the designated Industrial Engineer are subject to revision.
- The scope of work is limited to the deliverables explicitly listed in Section 2. Any additional services, change orders, or extended engagements will require a supplementary written amendment signed by both parties.
- The Industrial Engineer shall maintain full professional confidentiality regarding all proprietary data, production figures, and operational processes observed at the client's Morocco Casablanca facility. A mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) shall be executed prior to site access.
- Atlas Industrial Consulting SARL shall provide the Industrial Engineer with full professional indemnity insurance coverage valid throughout the duration of the engagement in Morocco.
- All deliverables, including reports, models, and training materials, shall be provided in both French and English to comply with the bilingual operational environment of Morocco Casablanca.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated shutdowns, or civil unrest affecting the Casablanca region, shall suspend the project timeline without penalty to either party.
- Disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be submitted to the competent commercial courts of Casablanca, Morocco.
