The Industrial Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties and deliverables at the client's premises in Nepal Kathmandu:

- 40% advance payment (NPR 695,628) upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and signing of the service agreement.

- 20% final payment (NPR 347,814) upon submission of the final deliverables and completion of both training sessions.
- All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Apex Industrial Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Nabil Bank, Baneshwor Branch, Kathmandu, Nepal.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised due to market fluctuations in Nepal Kathmandu.
- The Industrial Engineer assigned shall be a certified professional (CIE or equivalent) with a minimum of ten years of experience in manufacturing process engineering.
- The client shall provide a dedicated workspace, access to production floors, and all relevant operational data at the Nepal Kathmandu facility for the duration of the engagement.
- Any scope changes or additional services requested by the client beyond the items listed in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a supplementary quotation and mutual written agreement.
- All intellectual property, reports, and documentation produced under this engagement shall become the sole property of the client upon full and final payment.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Agreement in writing.
